The protection of Users’ privacy is particularly important to Us. For this reason, Users of the website www.holyform.com are guaranteed high standards of privacy protection. As the Data Controller, trójwymiarowi.pl Mateusz i Daniel Stefańczuk s.c., we take care of the security of the data provided by Users.

The purpose of the Controller is also to properly inform Users about their rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, especially in relation to the provisions on personal data protection as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). Therefore, in order to protect the privacy of the Users of the Service, in this document the Controller informs about the legal grounds for processing personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website www.holyform.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), the methods of collection, processing, and protection of personal data, as well as the rights of Users.

The User’s personal data is processed by the Controller based on their consent and, in certain cases described in this document, within the legitimate interest of the Controller. The User has the right to withdraw previously given consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.     3. to carry out marketing activities within the legitimate interest of the Controller under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and in accordance with consent declarations given for marketing communication (e.g., sending commercial information electronically or contacting by phone for direct marketing purposes). Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    4. to fulfill the Controller's legal obligations to the User under GDPR, as defined in Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
    The User’s personal data is not disclosed to third parties by the Controller.
  5. USER RIGHTS
    1. User Rights At every stage of data processing, the User is entitled to a number of rights, including access to their data, verification of processing accuracy, correction, objection to processing, request for deletion, restriction, or data portability.     2. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
      The User whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  6. COOKIES
    1. The Controller informs that when using the Service, short text information called “cookies” is stored on the User’s end device. Cookies contain such data as: IP address of the User, the name of the originating website, storage time on the User’s device, parameters, statistics, and a unique number. Cookies are sent to the Service server via a web browser installed on the User’s end device. Cookies are used in the Service for the following purposes:
